Workshop Selection:

A deposit of $50 is required. Please send check, or call if using Visa or MasterCard (408-778-6231). The balance is due 7 days before the first class. Registrations within 7 days of the first class must be paid in full. Seven days notice is required for cancellations. Enrollment priority is based on the order in which enrollment forms and payments are received. Please make your checks payable to: CAROL ROMO

Sessions are: June 26th -30th, July 17th-21st and Aug. 7th -11th.
The times are 10 am to 4 pm.
Please bring a lunch everyday.

AGREEMENT & RELEASE
The undersigned applicant agrees that each student attends Carol Romo’s “Looking Good” Workshops at his or her risk and hereby releases, to the full extent permitted by law, Carol Romo, its agents, servants, contractors, and employees, from all claims and demands of every kind for injuries to persons or property resulting from any accident, damage, or injury occurring in or about or arising out of the classes. The applicant further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Carol Romo harmless from all claims, demands, and actions brought against Carol Romo arising out of any act, error, or admission of applicant or student.
